About the course
This program is recommended for all new and existing operators of multiple types of mobile elevating lift platforms. This training is based on the requirements of the OHSA, Regulation 851 and Regulation 213/91 and CSA B354.7/B354.8. The training consists of approximately 4 hours of theory, with a knowledge check completed at the end. To receive a certificate a practical session and evaluation must be completed. For the practical part of the course, participants are assessed on safety awareness and operating capabilities as per their employer’s training. When completed this course provides the knowledge and skills required for workers to operate site-specific elevated work platforms safely.
